Running, weight, and Ziplocs.

I have frankly dropped a lot of weight this last year. I don’t know whether it was from being in a healthier emotional place in life, not being able to afford a lot of food, being more active, or just the way I changed my eating for health purposes.  I also work out 4 to 5 times a week.
